conveys proprioceptive function disorders often occur when the balance started
to enter the age of 50 years. The natural process will cause muscle metabolism
decreases, so the fat easily accumulates and this flab that make muscles lose
strength, consequently the balance of the body is also on the wane.
Attempts to repair the function body

exercise could be done without the burden of getting used to it, if it can be
added to a load of lightweight weighing from 0.5 to 1 kilogram. Purpose burden
